Our role (Controller / Processor)

For our corporate website, communications, sales, marketing, and vendor relations, we act as a Data Controller (we determine the purposes and means of processing).

When we provide products/services to enterprise customers and process Personal Data on their behalf (e.g., end-users of a customer’s marketplace), we may act as a Data Processor. In such cases, the customer’s privacy notice and contractual terms (including a Data Processing Agreement where applicable) govern how the data is handled.
