As Tag Bilişim Ticaret ve Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), this Clarification Text On Protection Of Personal Data aims to fulfill our obligation to inform under the Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Within this scope, the matters we are required to inform you about are as follows:

The Company processes your personal data that you have shared through the Lidia PIM user registration form and during your use of the Lidia PIM product, including: identity information (full name, date of birth, identification number), contact information (email address, address), professional information (job title), company-related information (company name, industry sector, country where the company operates), user consent information (marketing communication consent), user profile information (profile photo, user role), user security data (account password), system information (transaction ID, timestamps, user activity logs, API access logs) and other personal data relating to your interactions with the Lidia PIM product and platform. These personal data are processed for the purposes of: providing access to the Lidia PIM product and platform, creating your user profile on the platform for the Lidia PIM product, optimizing the user experience within the platform, managing user satisfaction processes, communicating with you regarding your requests, conducting information security processes, receiving and resolving your requests and complaints, contacting you, where necessary, regarding the relevant product and service, fulfilling legal obligations arising from applicable legislation, carrying out data retention activities for the statutory limitation periods required by law, sending commercial electronic communications and making calls for advertising, campaign, and product promotion purposes, provided that consent has been given.
Your relevant personal data will be shared with third-party service providers contracted by the Company, limited to the provision of services offered on the website and the management and operation of the website, to third-party service providers contracted by the Company; to subcontractors and authorized public institutions and organizations for technical or logistical purposes, upon receipt of a clear and justified request from them, or if it is proven that a user has violated legal or regulatory provisions, in accordance with applicable laws.
Your personal data collected through forms filled out on the Lidia Commerce website and obtained through the website using fully or partially automated methods is collected based on the following legal grounds: where the data has been made public by the data subject themselves; where data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim; and, provided that it does not infringe upon the data subject’s fundamental rights and freedoms, or where the processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Under the Law, you have the following rights; (a) to learn whether your personal data are being processed, (b) to request information if your personal data have been processed, (c) to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose, (d) to know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, (e) to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,(f) to request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, (g) to request notification of the operations carried out under items (e) and (f) to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred, (h) to object to the emergence of a result against yourself through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems, (i) To request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Pursuant to Article 13/1 of the Law, you may submit your requests regarding the exercise of the rights listed above to the Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
