As Tag Bilişim Ticaret ve Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), this Clarification Text On Protection Of Personal Data aims to fulfill our obligation to inform under the Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Within this scope, the matters we are required to inform you about are as follows:
The data controller is Tag Bilişim Ticaret ve Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi, registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate under registration number 655964-0, located at Reşitpaşa Mah. Katar Cad. Arı Teknokent 2 Building A Block/Blok No: 4/1 Internal Door No/İç Kapı No: 201 Sarıyer / Istanbul.
The Company processes your personal data shared through the Lidia PIM access application form, including your name-surname, email address, and company-related information (company name and the country where your company is located), for the following purposes: receiving your Lidia PIM access application request, evaluating your application, verifying account and user information, providing access to the Lidia PIM product, creating a user profile for the Lidia PIM product, providing information regarding the product/service for which access is requested, communicating with you regarding your request, conducting information security processes, receiving and resolving your requests and complaints, contacting you when necessary regarding the relevant product and service, fulfilling legal obligations arising from applicable legislation, carrying out storage activities during the limitation periods stipulated by legislation, sending commercial electronic messages and making calls for advertising/campaign/product promotion purposes if consent is provided.
Your relevant personal data may be transferred, in compliance with applicable legislation and limited to the realization of the processing purposes specified in Article 2, to third-party service providers from whom the Company receives services and to authorized public institutions and organizations.
Your personal data obtained fully or partially through automated means via the registration form accessed through the Lidia Commerce website are collected based on the following legal grounds the data having been made public by the data subject, data processing being necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, dta processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Under the Law, you have the following rights; (a) to learn whether your personal data are being processed, (b) to request information if your personal data have been processed, (c) to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose, (d) to know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, (e) to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,(f) to request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, (g) to request notification of the operations carried out under items (e) and (f) to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred, (h) to object to the emergence of a result against yourself through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems, (i) To request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Pursuant to Article 13/1 of the Law, you may submit your requests regarding the exercise of the rights listed above to the Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
