This Privacy Policy applies to visitors (“User”) using the Lidia PIM platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) operated by Tag Bilişim Ticaret ve Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”) and has been prepared to ensure the protection of the confidentiality of data that may be obtained by the Company during the Users’ use of the Platform.
- 1The data shared by the Userthrough the Platform shall not be shared with third parties, used for anycommercial purpose other than those specified, or transferred to third parties,except in cases set forth in this Privacy Policy, the Clarification Text OnProtection Of Personal Data presented to the User at the time personal data iscollected, and the User’s explicit consent.
- The data transmitted by theUser to the Company through the Platform may be disclosed to competentauthorities and courts if required by law or upon request by officialinstitutions, organizations, or judicial authorities.
- Where the Platform contains links to other mobile applications or websites, depending on the nature of the situation, the Company makes no commitment regarding whether the operators of such sites comply with applicable data protection regulations. The Company shall not be responsible for the content of websites to which it provides links or access through any other means.
- The Company may anonymize, in compliance with applicable legislation, any information obtained from Users who have created accounts on the Platform, including personal data derived from their activities, transactions, applications, information shared during use, and comments on the Platform. Such anonymized information may be retained, processed, and shared with the Company’s business partners for the period necessary to achieve purposes such as statistical analyses, performance evaluations, marketing campaigns of the Company and its business partners, donation campaigns, industry reporting, research and development activities, annual reports, and similar reports.
- It is accepted that the personal data shared by the User with the Company belongs to the User.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use by third parties of information disclosed by the User in public areas of the Platform, including information shared in comments or messages.
- Appropriate technical and administrative measures have been implemented by the Company and/or the relevant organization, taking into account the nature of the information and transactions, available technology, and cost factors, to ensure the security of information provided by Users and all transactions carried out through the Platform. However, despite the Company taking the necessary information security measures, the Company shall not be held liable if confidential information is damaged or obtained by third parties as a result of attacks on the system.
- The Company is not responsible for the privacy and personal data policies, practices, or content of other websites and/or mobile applications linked from the Platform, nor for the privacy and personal data policies and practices of third parties. Users are strongly advised to review the privacy and personal data policies of the relevant third parties.
- If Users do not accept the provisions of this Privacy Policy, they are advised not to use the Platform. The Company shall not be held liable for any adverse situation, violation, and/or damage that may arise against Users who fail to review this Privacy Policy or who continue to use the Platform despite not accepting its terms.
- The Company may update, amend, or repeal the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time. Any updated, amended, or repealed provision shall become effective for the User as of its publication date. Continued use of the Company’s services or products following any changes shall be deemed acceptance of such changes.
- The Company reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this Privacy Policy and to the products, services, opportunities, and campaigns it offers to Users. Such changes shall become effective as soon as they are announced by the Company through the Platform or by other appropriate means.
