As Tag Bilişim Ticaret ve Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), this Commercial Electronic Communication Privacy Notice is intended to fulfill our obligation to inform you under the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”).
In this context, the matters we are obliged to inform you about are as follows:
The data controller is Tag Bilişim Ticaret ve Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi, registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate under registration number 655964-0, located at Reşitpaşa Mah. Katar Cad. Arı Teknokent 2 Building A Block/Blok No: 4/1 Internal Door No/İç Kapı No: 201 Sarıyer / Istanbul.
Your personal data categories consisting of name-surname and email address provided to the Company may be processed, subject to your explicit consent, for the purposes of: conducting advertising, campaign, and promotion activities, carrying out marketing activities related to products and services, planning and executing customer satisfaction activities, sending commercial electronic communications regarding the Company’s products and services, such as promotions, advertisements, campaigns, and similar content (via calls, SMS, and email).
Your personal data will be retained for the periods stipulated under applicable legislation and within the scope of obligations arising from commercial electronic communication regulations.
Your personal data within the categories of identity and contact information may be shared with third parties from whom services are received for the purpose of sending commercial communications and carrying out advertising, campaign, promotion, and marketing activities related to products and services.
Your personal data is collected electronically through the application form by automatic or partially automatic means and processed based on your explicit consent pursuant to Article 5 of the Law for the purpose of sending commercial electronic communications and conducting marketing activities.
Under the Law, you have the following rights; (a) to learn whether your personal data are being processed, (b) to request information if your personal data have been processed, (c) to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose, (d) to know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, (e) to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,(f) to request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, (g) to request notification of the operations carried out under items (e) and (f) to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred, (h) to object to the emergence of a result against yourself through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems, (i) to request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Pursuant to Article 13/1 of the Law, you may submit your requests regarding the exercise of the rights listed above to the Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
