With this development, dedicated delivery profile management for return shipments has been introduced to Lidia Console's logistics configuration capabilities. This enables logistics service providers and their priority orders to be configured and managed independently for outbound deliveries to customers and return shipments from customers.
This new capability allows outbound and return shipment processes to be configured according to different logistics requirements. Additionally, the shipment directions assigned to service providers can now be viewed on the Service Providers listing page, enabling more controlled and efficient management of logistics operations.
With this development, a Delivery Type condition has been added to Lidia Console's logistics rule configuration capabilities. This enables separate logistics rules to be created and applied for outbound deliveries to customers and return shipments from customers.
By allowing the new condition to be used alongside existing logistics conditions, delivery scenarios can now be configured based on shipment direction, enabling more flexible, controlled, and efficient management of logistics operations.
With this development, separate delivery profile support for outbound and return shipments has been introduced to Lidia Merchant Console. This enables merchants to view logistics service providers and their priority orders for both shipment processes through their respective profiles.
By centrally configuring delivery profiles in Lidia Console and automatically reflecting updates in Merchant Console, merchants can access up-to-date logistics information, enabling more consistent and controlled management of outbound and return shipment operations.
As part of this enhancement, a Data Quality Score has been added to the product and variant listing and detail pages in Lidia Console to make the data quality of products and variants measurable and visible.
Users can now view scores ranging from 0 to 100, calculated based on short description, long description, images, property completeness, document information, and meta title and meta description fields that support SEO performance. They can also review score details and follow recommendations for missing criteria.
With this development, product and order review viewing capabilities have been introduced to Lidia Merchant Console. Merchants can now view customer reviews, ratings, and images attached to reviews for their own products and orders through a single platform.
This new capability enables merchants to centrally monitor customer feedback, assess customer satisfaction with their products and order fulfillment performance, and more easily identify areas for improvement.
As part of this improvement, the experience of defining fields in a data schema in Lidia Console has been enhanced, allowing multiple fields to be added to the data schema at the same time, reordered, and managed more easily from a single screen.
Users can now view all fields that can be added to the data schema through the Field Library on the Data Schema detail page, add multiple fields to the schema at once, reorder fields using drag and drop, and create new properties or options without leaving the field addition screen.
With this improvement, Order Reviews and Seller Reviews, previously managed in separate sections of Lidia Console, have been unified into a single management experience. This enables users to centrally view and manage order and seller reviews alongside the relevant order and seller information.
As part of this improvement, the review listing and detail pages have been redesigned, enhancing search, filtering, and access to related order and delivery information. This simplifies the user experience and enables more streamlined, consistent, and efficient review management.
With this improvement, the My Account and My Organization pages in Lidia Merchant Console have been comprehensively redesigned, enabling merchants to view their organization's commercial, financial, and operational information through a single centralized interface. Access to management areas such as store users, contact information, payment and billing details, and company documents has been streamlined. Authorized users can also update relevant information, enhancing transparency, control, and operational efficiency in organization management.
With this improvement, bulk brand creation capability has been introduced to Lidia Console's brand management processes. Users can now import multiple brands into the system in a single operation, with data validation ensuring accurate and controlled brand creation.
This capability reduces the need for manual operations, accelerates brand creation processes, and enables easier, more controlled, and efficient management of large volumes of brand data.
As part of this improvement, a collapse and expand feature has been added to the left sidebar to help users make more efficient use of the available workspace in Lidia Console and Lidia Merchant Console.
Users can now collapse the sidebar to display only menu icons and expand it again whenever needed to view the existing menu labels and navigation structure.
As part of this improvement, a Bulk Code Filtering capability has been added to the pool detail page in Lidia Console, allowing users to search for multiple products simultaneously using different code fields.
Users can now filter multiple values in bulk using unique code, Lidia code, seller item code, group code, or image code. This eliminates the need to search for products individually, enabling faster access to relevant records and more efficient management of products within the pool.
