The pages users can view and the actions they can perform are determined by their assigned roles and permissions.

Merchant Console

Merchant Console is the application that enables merchants or sellers to manage the processes within their own areas of responsibility. Its navigation menu and supported features may vary depending on the business model and the organization’s merchant operations. Users can access only the pages, data, and actions permitted by their assigned roles, permissions, and data scope.

Network Console

Network Console is the management application used by field employees within the B2F business model. Its navigation menu, screens, and available actions are configured according to the duties and responsibilities of field users. Users can access field operation data and perform authorized actions based on their assigned roles and permissions.
