Organization

The My Organization section in the PIM system allows users to manage their organization’s details, subscriptions, and linked Lidia applications. This section ensures that companies can maintain control over their organization settings, manage access, and integrate essential applications.

Details Page

The Details page contains the core information and settings of the organization.

Administrators can review and manage the following fields:

  • StatusIndicates whether the organization is active or inactive.
  • Organization DomainDisplays the domain associated with the organization.
  • Organization TypeDefines the organization type, such as Standard.
  • Organization CodeDisplays the unique code assigned to the organization, when available.
  • Company Name (Required)Specifies the official name of the organization.
  • Description (Required)Provides a brief description of the organization.

After making changes, users can select Save to apply the updates or Cancel to discard them.

Subscriptions Page

The Subscriptions page allows users to review the subscriptions associated with the organization.

Users can view both active and inactive subscriptions and track the organization’s current subscription status.

This page helps ensure that access to PIM capabilities is aligned with the organization’s subscription plan.

Lidia Applications Page

The Lidia Applications page provides an overview of Lidia applications associated with the organization.

From this page, users can:

  • View available Lidia applications
  • Enable or disable supported application integrations
  • Manage API access and credentials for connected applications
  • Review application usage and permissions

This page supports integration between PIM and other Lidia Commerce applications by providing a centralized area for managing connected services.
