This month's release includes significant updates and improvements introduced across Lidia PIM. These enhancements aim to optimize product information management workflows and provide a smoother user experience for platform users.
In this document, updates and improvements related to Lidia PIM are identified using the following release code. This code helps you identify and track updates specifically introduced for Lidia PIM.
Product Information Management – Improvements, new features, user experience enhancements, and bug fixes related to product, variant, and catalog data management.
As part of this enhancement, a Data Quality Score has been added to the product and variant listing and detail pages to make the data quality of products and variants measurable and visible.
Users can now view scores ranging from 0 to 100, calculated based on short description, long description, images, property completeness, and document information, on product and variant listing and detail pages. They can also review score details and follow recommendations for missing criteria.
As part of this enhancement, import and export operations for products within pools have been made async.
Users can now start import and export operations and continue working in PIM without waiting for the process to be completed.
As part of this enhancement, a Processes area has been added to the top menu to enable async processes across PIM to be tracked, and an All Processes page has been developed to display historical records.
Users can track ongoing and completed processes in real time from the Processes area, download completed export files, and access the details of completed import operations through the relevant record. Import and export history can also be viewed on the All Processes page, and records are automatically cleared by the system after one week.
As part of this enhancement, Dark Mode support has been added to Lidia PIM, allowing users to switch between Light Mode and Dark Mode.
The selected theme is applied across PIM screens and components, and the user preference is preserved so the same theme remains active in future sessions.
As part of this improvement, the experience of defining fields in a data schema has been enhanced, allowing multiple fields to be added to the data schema at the same time, reordered, and managed more easily from a single screen.
Users can now view all fields that can be added to the data schema through the Field Library on the Data Schema detail page, add multiple fields to the schema at once, reorder fields using drag and drop, and create new properties or options without leaving the field addition screen.
As part of this improvement, a collapse and expand feature has been added to the left sidebar to help users make more efficient use of the available workspace in PIM.
Users can now collapse the sidebar to display only menu icons and expand it again whenever needed to view the existing menu labels and navigation structure.
