Lidia Console and Lidia Merchant Console received new features and improvements designed to strengthen feedback, collaboration, administrative workflows, and day-to-day operational processes.
This release introduces improvements across order management, notifications, operational reporting, merchant onboarding, and delivery management.

Console administrators can now directly cancel orders from sellers who generated delivery codes but did not ship the products.
This update removes the need for operational support and allows administrators to manage and intervene in these orders directly from the order details page, providing a more streamlined and intuitive order management process.
New marketing notifications have been added for newly created coupons and campaigns. Seller information has also been added to stock notifications for greater clarity, and these notifications now link directly to the seller details page.
Administrators can now track shipping stages and order quantities more easily through operational report outputs.
Three new columns have been added for marketplace shipments, along with an additional column showing the total order quantity across multiple items in the same order.
The merchant application process has been transformed into a step-by-step onboarding experience.
Each stage of the seller application can now be tracked, and the seller cannot proceed until all required information and conditions have been completed in the system.
Shipping creation screens now allow users to enter and edit desi and kilogram information for each item.
These capabilities can be enabled or restricted on a seller basis through the merchant details section in Lidia Console.
